AUGUST UPDATE: ICAS reminder & a little life update from Regina
This month at Study Space, we’re supporting students as they prepare for ICAS testing and end-of-term projects. Plus, a special personal update from Regina as she transitions to working offsite for a few weeks. Read on for key reminders and updates to keep your child’s learning on track.
I can’t believe we’re already in August – Term 3 is in full swing, and we’re seeing amazing momentum with students as we prepare for ICAS testing, assessments, and end-of-term projects.
Here’s what’s coming up at Study Space this month:
ICAS Testing & Support
Many students will be sitting their ICAS assessments over the next few weeks. If your child is participating, please let us know – we’re more than happy to tailor sessions to help them feel confident and prepared.
A Personal Update
On a personal note – I’m excited to share that I’ll be welcoming a baby this month! From August 18 to October 1, I’ll be working offsite, but still very much available and contactable.
It’s still business as usual at Study Space – so if you have any questions, need to make a booking, or want to talk about your child’s progress, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. You can reach me via email or on 0422 751 440.
During this time, Kaye will be onsite managing the day-to-day tutoring schedule and keeping everything running smoothly. She’s a familiar face to many of you already, and we’re lucky to have her.
A quick reminder:
- If there’s anything important your child’s tutor should know before their session, please email us ahead of time.
- We kindly ask that session changes are kept to a minimum unless your child is unwell or in exceptional circumstances.
- Cancellations will only be available in extreme situations, as consistency is key to your child’s progress this term.
As always, thank you so much for being part of the Study Space family. I’m grateful for your support and excited to see your child continue to thrive this term.
Warmest,
Regina Wirkerman
