Double Bay Study Space Centre

Our Study Space Double Bay Centre is purpose-built for distraction-free, private lessons designed to maximise your child’s focus during tutoring sessions. The centre is modern, tranquil, and filled with natural sunlight, featuring partitioned workstations to support individual learning.

We are conveniently located in the heart of Double Bay tutoring, at Level 3, Suite 14, Lingate House, Kiaora Lane, opposite 1888 Butchers and Woolworths, which provides free one-hour parking for easy drop-off and pick-up.

For students who cannot attend in person, we also offer access to online tutors in Sydney, providing flexible and engaging lessons that maintain the same high-quality teaching as our face-to-face sessions. From when before I started study space I got C’s and D’s and from then when I started at study space they have assisted me and given me little homework tasks and revision, reading books  which resulted me to get High B’s and A’s in Mathematics and English. Payments

All payments are required for a term block of tutoring, once the term starts there will be no option to change your payment method. Two payment options available:

Upfront direct transfer of funds for the term
Direct Debit weekly

COVID Safety

Please only attend Study Space Double Bay if you are feeling healthy and free of COVID-19 symptoms. All staff members are fully vaccinated, and we ask that any parents attending the centre are also fully vaccinated. Everyone present in the centre must wear masks and use hand sanitiser upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If a student has COVID-19 and must isolate, the session will be transferred to a Zoom class. Any cancellations (regardless of reason) require 48 hours’ notice; otherwise, full payment is required. Cancellations apply only for illness-based absences, with flexibility depending on tutor availability. We ask that you commit to all lessons during the term, as cancellations outside of COVID-related illnesses will incur a cancellation fee. Please consider your tutoring schedule before booking other appointments, as rescheduling may be difficult once all Double Bay tutoring sessions are locked in for the term.

Term Sessions

It is important that you contact us to confirm and book in your tutoring sessions before a new term starts. Much like school, we have changes to scheduling each term in regard to teachers’ availabilities and also the number of students in the centre during each session. We are also happy to explore other subjects that you would like to take up next term with our expert tutors.
